Pricing web consulting services

Most small enterprises and individuals should start out with a basic starter site which costs about $750.00. This ordinarily does not include the costs of domain name registration, yearly web hosting and maintenance.

Over time you might choose to add many more pages, multi-media and advanced functions. If you are clear that you will need/benefit from these extras then an intermediate site starting at about $1500.00 is recommended.

For large sites with dozens of pages, special functions such as search, databases, extensive bandwidth needs (for lots of videos and photos), a minimum of $3,000.00 is a reasonable starting price.

1. Basic Package - $750.00

   Best for computer literate and web-savvy clients who can work comfortably online, creating and sending electronic files

   • 1 year's FREE hosting and domain name registration For an entire year you pay nothing for hosting your website and for owning your domain name
   • 5 to 7 page website chosen from the templates gallery and customized with your own content (images and photos)

2. Intermediate Package - $1500.00

   For those projects featuring significant customization and requiring a lot of hand-holding

   • 3 1-hour sessions of face to face consultations
   • All the features of the basic package
   • 3 email addresses personalized with your custom domain name
   • One (1) Online photo gallery
   • 1 CGI contact form
   • Up to 18 web pages
   • 1 year's maintenance e.g. uploading and deleting files, troubleshooting
   • 3 hours of monthly updates each month

3. Advanced Package

   From $3000.00 up based on consultation

Consulting fees

Rates for changes/updates are $45.00 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
